Welcome to BarrelBridge. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BarrelBridge website at petrobarrelbridge.com and any brokerage services provided by BarrelBridge ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Description

BarrelBridge is a commodity brokerage advisory firm that facilitates introductions between buyers and sellers of crude oil, natural gas, and refined petroleum products. We do not take ownership or title to any commodity. We are not a registered investment advisor, commodity trading advisor (CTA), or commodity pool operator (CPO). All market information provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment or trading advice.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to businesses and individuals who are:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to engage in commodity purchase and sale transactions in their jurisdiction
  • Not subject to sanctions by the United States (OFAC), United Nations, or European Union
  • Operating in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations

We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion.

3. Deal Submissions and Applications

Information submitted through our Deal Submission Portal, Apply to Trade form, or contact channels is used for the purpose of evaluating and potentially facilitating a brokered transaction. By submitting information, you represent that:

  • All information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading
  • You have authority to represent the entity on whose behalf you are submitting
  • The deal, commodity, and documentation you represent are genuine and legally obtained
  • You consent to counterparty and sanctions screening as part of our due diligence process

Submitting fraudulent or materially false information may result in immediate termination of any engagement and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

4. No Guarantee of Match or Transaction

BarrelBridge does not guarantee that any deal submission will result in a counterparty match, introduction, or closed transaction. Our screening process may result in declining a deal or counterparty for any reason. We are not liable for any opportunity costs, losses, or damages arising from a failure to match or close a transaction.

5. Brokerage Fees

BarrelBridge earns a brokerage commission at deal close, paid by the party or parties as agreed in a separate engagement agreement or term sheet. There are no upfront fees, retainer charges, or costs for submitting a deal or requesting an initial consultation. Specific fee terms are governed by the engagement agreement executed between the parties and BarrelBridge.

6. Confidentiality

Deal information, counterparty identities, and transaction details shared with BarrelBridge are treated as confidential. We do not share identifying deal information with third parties other than as necessary to facilitate an introduction with your consent, comply with legal obligations, or conduct required compliance screening.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the BarrelBridge website, including text, graphics, logos, market intelligence reports, and site design, is the property of BarrelBridge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BARRELBRIDGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

MARKET INFORMATION, PRICE DATA, AND DEAL INTELLIGENCE PROVIDED ON THIS SITE ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE TRADING ADVICE OR A RECOMMENDATION TO BUY OR SELL ANY COMMODITY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BARRELBRIDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO BARRELBRIDGE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BarrelBridge and its officers, advisors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your submission of false or misleading information; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or services to:

  • Engage in advance-fee fraud, impersonation, or any other fraudulent scheme
  • Submit deals involving sanctioned parties or prohibited commodities
  • Harvest data, scrape content, or attempt to access our systems without authorization
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Circumvent our counterparty vetting or compliance processes

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the site and services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including confidentiality, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.
